How do I register (open an account) to start to play?

To register and open an account you need to provide the following information:

  • A username and a password (your choice)
  • A complete name
  • A valid e-mail address
  • A bonus code signal (optional, for concrete promotions)

It is very important that the information provided is valid. We use this information for security purposes to guarantee that all users are above 18 years of age and to verify the ownership of credit cards, etc. Incorrect information may cause problems with payments in certain payment systems.

Is it possible to have more than one account?

No. For security reasons only one account at Azteca Bingos is allowed.

If you have more than one account, contact Customer Service in order to merge both accounts. Failure to do this may result in your accounts being cancelled and your balance being confiscated.

How do I make a deposit and what are the possible payment methods?

In order to make a deposit you must first successfully complete the registration process, including verification through Facebook or email. Click on "My Account" and then on "Deposit." Now select the "Deposit Method" and "Amount." In Azteca Bingos it is possible to make a deposit through different systems. Click here to see a list of offered payment systems.

How do I ask for a withdrawal?

Click on "My Account" followed by "Withdraw" and follow the steps. To help us with security controls we ask that, if possible, you use the same payment system used to make the deposit when making a withdrawal.

How can I buy cards?

There are two different ways of purchasing cards:

  • In the bingo room, click "Purchase" or "Fast Purchase" to buy cards for the next game. Inside the bingo room there will be a screen where you can select the number of cards for the next game. Choose the amount you want to play and click on "Confirm." If you would like to buy a specific card, click on the "Purchase" link that appears next to that card.
  • On the "Advanced Purchase" tab, cards can be bought for future matches. This option allows for the purchase of cards for upcoming games. Players need not be logged in to play. When the game containing your cards starts, your card will be played for you and the prizes will be deposited in your account if you're a winner.
